Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services (CEOss) The Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services (CEOss) contract supports Marine Corps programs in the Engineering and Scientific Domain. CEOss is an IDIQ vehicle that serves the Marine Corps System Command (MCSC) as the principal medium for acquiring contractor support services through competitive sourcing, performance-based practices, and commercial acquisition principles.
GSA Schedule 70 – General Purpose Commercial IT Equipment, Software and Services GSA Schedule 70 is an acquisition tool open to any Government Agency to procure an array of IT products and services, including equipment, software, professional and electronic commerce services, training, third-party maintenance, and leases. Schedule 70 task orders (TOs) may be used to secure products and services in a variety of skill areas, including systems analysis, design, and installation; programming; and integrated logistics support.

GSA Schedule 871 – Professional Engineering Services (PES) GSA Schedule 871 is a worldwide Federal Supply Schedule contract issued by the GSA. PES is a Multiple Award IDQ available to any agency of the USG and a streamlined, cost-effective method of acquiring high-quality engineering and technical services. There are six Special Item Numbers (SINs) that comprise the distinct phases of an engineering project: mechanical; electrical; chemical; components of civil engineering; subdisciplines such as aerospace, nuclear, bioengineering, and marine architecture; and construction Management.
GSA Schedule 874 –Management, Organization, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) GSA Schedule 874 is a worldwide Federal Supply Schedule contract issued by the GSA. MOBIS provides a full range of services and products for consulting, facilitation, survey, training, privatization support, program management, alternative dispute resolution, and related support products. This schedule is designed to allow Federal Agencies to begin or continue management, organizational, and business improvement efforts. These efforts include consulting services, facilitation services, survey services, training services, support products, and acquisition management support.

Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS) Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS), provides non-technical acquisition support to the U.S. Air Force Electronic Systems Center. The PASS Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract acquires a broad range of non-engineering acquisition support services including financial management, acquisition support, contracting, and administrative and human resources.
ITES-2S ITES-2S is the primary program for supporting Army infrastructure & infostructure goals with IT services worldwide, managed by the Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) office within the Army’s PEO EIS organization.
NETCENTS I The Air Force Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS) contract provides the Air Force, Department of Defense and other federal agencies with a primary source of networking equipment/product supply and a means of system engineering, installation, integration, operations, and maintenance for a family of DoD adopted commercially standardized networking solutions that are interoperable with Air Force, joint, and DoD standardized networking technical architectures.
Consolidated Acquisition of Professional Services (CAPS) The Consolidated Acquisition of Professional Services Program (CAPS) contract supports Air Force programs with technical and management expertise (advisory and assistance services (A&AS)) in support of the acquisition of Air Force aircraft systems. CAPS is an IDIQ vehicle consolidating acquisition of professional services and provides acquisition logistics, financial management, cost estimating, schedule analysis, earned value management, contracting support, engineering, manufacturing, configuration/data management, administrative support, security management, acquisition management, test and evaluation, government furnished property management, and litigation support required in the capabilities planning/pre-acquisition, acquisition, development, production and sustainment of various equipment and weapon systems.
SNIM Software, Networks, Information, Modeling and Simulation Technical Area Tasks (TATs), or SNIM, is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract for Research & Development (R&D) and/or Advisory & Assistance Services related to R&D efforts. It includes the following focus areas of interest: Information Assurance, Software Data & Analysis, Knowledge Management & Information Sharing and Modeling and Simulation. DoD Information Analysis Centers (IACs) that operate in the SNIM technical domain areas are DACS, IATAC, and MSIAC.
